This website is operated by Corpus Christi Corals LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We guarantee that all livestock (corals, marine fish, and invertebrates) will arrive alive, subject to the following conditions:

• Delivery Acceptance: The shipment must be accepted on the first delivery attempt by the carrier.

• Notification Window: In the rare event of a Dead on Arrival (DOA) item, you must notify us within 2 hours of the recorded delivery timestamp.

• Proof Required: Clear, legible photos and/or video of the deceased specimen inside the original, unopened shipping bag must be provided via email or customer support messaging.

• Remedies: Verified DOA items will be issued store credit or a replacement. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any replacement shipping costs.

• Carrier Delays & Weather: We monitor weather conditions and reserve the right to hold shipments. We are not liable for losses resulting from carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

3. Acclimation & Post-Arrival Care

Once livestock is removed from the original sealed bag, the buyer assumes full responsibility for its care. Because aquarium conditions, water parameters, and acclimation techniques vary, our guarantee ends upon opening the sealed packaging.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping Policies

Livestock is shipped via priority overnight service to minimize stress. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is present to receive the package immediately upon arrival.

6. Health, Parasites, & Quarantine

While we practice strict husbandry and dipping procedures, we strongly recommend that customers quarantine and dip all incoming corals and livestock prior to introducing them to their display tanks. We are not liable for pests, hitchhikers, or disease transmission into your existing aquarium.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corpus Christi Corals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products, including the loss of existing tank livestock or aquarium crashes.
